Overview

Some large online platforms act as “gatekeepers” in digital markets. The Digital Markets Act aims to ensure that these platforms behave in a fair way online. Together with the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act is one of the centrepieces of the European digital strategy.

This training event is designed to explain the scope, scale and contents of this legislation and provides the opportunity for those impacted to consider the actions that they need to take.  By the conclusion of this important course gatekeepers will be clear of the actions that they will need to take to comply with this important legislation.
