Learning Objectives
Delegates will gain an appreciation of the key issues facing CEO’s today and will consider the structures, systems and controls that ensure they are able to achieve their objectives. It will provide a highly practical analysis of the key issues that will be faced in practice and through a series of exercises and role plays, delegates will obtain practical lessons and knowledge for use in their own businesses.
