The course syllabus includes for guidance, references from the UK Financial Services and
Markets Act 2000, the Financial Services Act 2012, the Criminal Justice Act 1993, the

in locating source material. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Prudential
Regulation Authority (PRA) were formerly known as the Financial Services Authority
(FSA) and from 01 April 2013 the FSA was spilt into these two bodies. An explanation

The Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of the European Union (EU MAR) came into force on 3 July 2016. This governs

Those who complete the training course will receive an attendance Certificate in Corporate Finance issued by the Approved Training Provider (ATP). The mock exam will be remotely invigilated and includes a results report with 1 resit included in the price. We strongly recommend that if the CISI candidate is preparing for the CISI exam that the exam date is booked within 1-2 weeks following the training course to optimise knowledge retention.
