An important piece of new legislation, the EU Digital Services Act makes changes to the way that firms will interact with their customers digitally. Applying to all firms it creates a new series of requirements which are essentially a dramatic change to the existing rules. It considers everything from due diligence requirement to how hosting services require and importantly how recommender systems can be used. To deal with these major changes in expectation all firms will need to reconsider their digital operations, governance and compliance policies and procedures. They are also likely to need to reconsider customer interactions to ensure that they are consistent with these requirements.
This timely training event is designed to explain the scope, scale and contents of this legislation, together with considering what firms will need to do to comply with these new requirements. The longer courses will also focus on the actions that a firm needs to take to comply with these requirements.
This course is designed for any party involved with or in the Digital Industry
