Course Description
This 5-day intensive training course is designed for those not qualified but actively involved in financial functions within banks and companies to ensure that they have a sound understanding of the techniques of preparing financial information for the management of a business.
Learning Objectives
The aim of the Management Information module is to enable students to prepare essential financial information for the management of a business.
Participants will leave the course with an exposure to and sound understanding of
- Costing and pricing
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Performance management
- Management decision making
The knowledge acquired in the study of Management Information is particularly important in the integration of technical knowledge in planning and strategic decisions. Delegates will be able to apply and build on their management accounting knowledge to, among other things, undertake business analysis, develop performance management approaches and assess and advise on appropriate costing and pricing approaches for business.
Following completion of this training course an International Certificate in Management Information will be issued by the ACA Official Training Provider to the delegate by post
